I hate my body

Or at least the thing that has to come and screw up my life once a month. I was at Kevin's house tonight and I was gonna spend the night, only when I was in the bathroom, something told me that Aunt Flo might be coming for her visit early (like tomorrow), so I told him that and that I should go home seeing as how I had nothing there and I would be very grumpy and having cramps all day tomorrow. I'm pretty sure he didn't take it as the truth and that it was an excuse and took me home, he claimed (not in so many words) that he wasn't in a bad mood, but I could tell. And I really wanted to spend the night too.
So today, I woke up figuring I wouldn't see Kevin all day because of the probability of storms, I call him about 11 and he says he won't be chasing today. So, I decided to walk to his house (4 mile walk, outside town), I did surprise him with that. After going somewhere to eat and picking up a bike he bought, he convinced me to get my (brother's) bike and ride around one of the parks. I haven't been on a bike since grade school, but as the old saying goes, yeah I did take to it pretty quickly. Kevin figures we rode about 11 miles today. My ass hurts. And the perfect ending to such a good day would be to spend the night at my boyfriend's house, but we all know that didn't happen. I feel really bad about it, I wanted to so bad, and I'm so disappointed I don't get to.

Remember we have a previous engagement at 2

So I was reading an article at Goddess' site, and it truly amazes me how many excuses, articles, books, movies, etc. are made to teach people how to get out of speeding tickets, arrests, not be pulled over by the police, etc. If people would just OBEY THE LAW, you wouldn't have that problem. I was especially miffed about this line: "That's why, whenever an officer asks if you know why you've been pulled over, always answer "no" and just take the ticket." God forbid, people just take responsibility for their actions, yes I know that's a lot to ask in this day and age.
I have the wierdest dreams. I was having a dream last night about my relationship with Kevin, only he was abusing me, and then I left him, and there was a case being prosecuted against him, and then I went back to him, and then he was chasing me through a house, I went through a door and I was in a store that had some water display, and it ended with him brutally attacking me.
And then when I was half awake, half asleep, I had this weird one about how George was ruining all my pants. It was extremely weird.
Once again, I had a perfect blog all planned in my head yesterday, of course I was at work, so I couldn't write it down, I'm gonna have a notebook with me at work from now on. I have a tendency to take things from work (stuff that the customers do, or things I see from the front window) and post them here. Yesterday, there were a couple ladies in, and one of them was very old (wrinkly, with lots of age spots), wearing a tie dye t-shirt, and skirt. She tells me "this is the most unusual shop I've ever been in, and I only go in the unusual shops" OK? "It's unusual because I have no use for anything in here" and the way she said it, was like nothing in the shop was useful, so I tried talking her into some classes where you can learn to use the stuff in the shop, but she didn't want that (she came on as someone who doesn't want to do the work, but buys all her stuff premade). She bought a timtex postcard (timtex is the stuff they put into ball cap visors to keep the shape), and she wanted to see the card, I was confused, she takes it out of the plastic sleeve after she buys it, and tries to open it, like a greeting card. HELLO, it says postcard on the label, how many postcards do you open? Thankfully, she just decided to keep it, I was gonna be annoyed if she wanted to return it (mostly, because I don't know how to do returns). And then she tried to steal one of our pens, we have pens with flowers taped to the top, so they're harder to steal. I'm standing there behind the counter, and she picks one up and starts to put it in her bag, of course I told her they weren't free and quoted a price, well she didn't like that, and put it back. If you're gonna steal something, do it while I'm not looking, and not right in front of me. It was weird.
And then there was a lady driving a Plymouth Prowler down the street. These are ugly cars that kinda look like race cars, why anyone would want one is beyond me. Anyways, this lady was driving it up Main street, kinda slow like she didn't know how to drive it. Then she gets on 5th and sorta speeds off (like she realized how to drive it finally), she came back down Main, it almost seemed like she was scooping the loop showing her car off, funny thing, nobody noticed her. If you're gonna buy a car so people will look at it, at least find out if people will notice when you test drive it.
Also, there was a lady, that looked like the epitome of a hooker that you see in all those COPS episodes. Ya know, skinny, fidgeting, kinda look like they're on drugs, big huge bag they live out of, big shirt, short shorts or skirt underneath. Funny thing is, when I mentioned it to Kevin later he said she was a hooker.
Ah, the fun shit I see out my window when I'm working.

Instead of making me better, you're making me ill

Does it mean anything when a guy asks you to meet his parents?
Kevin wants me to go home with him this weekend, I want to, but of course George decided to come this week, so it's gonna depend on how I feel.
We've been dating officially for about a month, I'm thinking unofficially, about 2 months, and we've known (been getting together) each other since January.
Thoughts would be appreciative.

A day of fun

OK, so it's been a couple days since I've posted, you'll get over it.
I've been pretty much working and hanging out with Kevin. Working and having fun, what more could a person want? ;)
Had to work Fri, Sat, and Sun for our grand opening at the store. Unfortunately there were a ton of things going on here and just down the road, so didn't have a lot of customers. Therefore, I only got Monday off instead of Sun and Mon like I'm supposed to. But it was fun having Mon off.
Kevin now has a class in the mornings, so we don't get to chat on AIM before I go to work. Anyways, Monday, I had to get my glasses rearranged since someone (Kevin) hit me in the face with a volleyball on Fri night. So, we went to lunch at the mall, killed time, got my glasses fixed and were going to go mini-golfing, but the place didn't open til 3. We killed more time, we went to a toy store downtown, and by the time we left, you could tell the storeowner really wanted us to leave. We were kinda acting like kids. We sweated and majorly sucked at mini-golf, then went walking in the river, I got us totally lost in the woods. I thought we were supposed to go down one trail, that led us to a run-off of the river, so we walked quite a ways before we actually found the river, and then a bit more before we actually went in.
I've decided I want a tadpole, they're so fun to squish (no I didn't squish any to death), we had to cross the river to get back, by the time we actually got in it, so we both got pretty well soaked, especially after slipping and landing on our asses, that was entertaining.
We dried off (at our respective apts), washed his truck, went to Village Inn for supper and came back to my house to listen to a joke CD, where Kevin promptly fell asleep on my bed for about 10 minutes.
But it was fun, I wouldn't mind another day of acting like kids, makes the rest of the week worthwhile, and ok to live with. I was complaining after we got back to his truck how he's always making fun of me, he said he only makes fun of/laughs at people he likes.

UGH!!! George showed up right on schedule today, so while I'm feeling like crap (why the hell do I always have to get cramps?) I get to mow the lawn, shower and go to work for 8 hours, lucky me.

Sittin on a new tattoo

UGH. I have a list of shit I'm supposed to do today, but George showed up (I knew he was coming, and he's right on time), and today coupled with whatever else is going on in my body, the cramps are more annoying than usual, course if he's gonna be normal, they'll be gone by lunch and I can do some of my shit (cross your fingers). Notice I'm up early (ok, you can't really tell, but I was up at 7:30, early for me without my alarm), that would be because of George, how I hate what he makes me do. Maybe he'll leave early.
