Hodgepodge Vol 327

It's time for the weekly Hodgepodge. Head on over to Joyce's blog to see what other people have answered.

1. What does/did Halloween look like at your house this year? Did you decorate? Pick pumpkins? Carve pumpkins? Expect trick or treaters? Wear a costume to a party or event? Make a costume? Feel glad you didn't have to come up with a costume? Cook a Halloween themed treat? Eat all the leftover candy?
Here's what Halloween looks like in my house this year:
A bunch of pumpkins with a jack-o-lantern mixed in, a skeleton bird and a squishy zombie.
A couple tags I got in swaps and a plush candy corn.
I don't do much for Halloween, I live in an apartment and don't get trick or treaters, I don't dress up because I don't need to. I actually didn't work either of the days that my town had trick or treating. So, basically, I'm watching scary movies on my day off.2. What are you waiting for? Elaborate. Swaps, I'm always waiting for swaps. I'm also waiting (not looking forward to) November 1st, it's that time of year when I have to apply for health insurance again. My health insurance provider told me my premium will go up $200, I can't afford that. I'm hoping I can find something cheaper, or I may have to go without.

3. Do you wish you were friendlier, braver, more creative, more athletic, or something else? Explain.
I wish I was braver, if I was I could leave this town, move somewhere else and probably find a better paying job that provides benefits I can afford.
4. When it comes time to paint are you a do-it-yourselfer or do you hire someone? What was the last paint job completed at your house? What room most needs painting now? How do you feel about wallpaper?
Like I said, I live in an apartment, I have no control over the painting. Though, I would most likely DIY it. My parents owned two houses when I was growing up, one they rented each floor out, and the other they rented the third floor out, if we ever needed something done, we'd do it ourselves. I'd love to have my own little house some day and decorate it however I wished.
5. What is one specific thing you felt gratitude for in the month of October?
Lame answer, but money, I was so happy I had the money to do all this shopping I was doing, of course now, I realize I shouldn't have done any of it. 90% is stuff I don't need, while I'll probably use it, I just have too much stuff and don't need it.
6.  Insert your own random thought here.
Kind of disappointing answers this week. I'm sorry, I've been freaking out about healthcare and then yesterday I got the information about my rising premium and was depressed all day. I'm still depressed about it, but I figured something out that may help, but prices are still bad. I don't want to be told to stop spending money, but that's where I am. I also don't want to be depressing to anyone, but it's my blog and since when people ask how you are they don't really care about the answer, my blog is where I whine.

Weekly Update

Sunday: I know I sat on my butt a lot. I also finished a book (technically it was Monday before I finished it). I need to be doing more of that. I also worked on a few art projects.
Monday: my boss said I need to be taking some vacation, cause I'm topped out, so I took the next three Monday's off. It's nice to not go to work, and it gives me long vacations. I finally got my lollipop box in the mail:
Check out the blog post, here.
I created this sad, little pumpkin from stuff in the box:
I also finished a Fantasyland flip book:
And put together a Christmas ephemera swap package:
I actually added more after taking this picture and took out something.
Tuesday: My brother sent me this:
He really does know what I like, he should just stick to that.
I also got another swap package ready to go:
And packaged up my fantasyland flip book, my Look What I Made swap that I finished last week, and the two small swaps above to be mailed out on Wednesday.
Wednesday: I was exhausted, I tried to go to sleep early Tuesday night, but couldn't and kept waking up. Ironically, I wasn't that tired when I went to bed that night. After finishing up at the post office, I saw one of my Hollar boxes was at the post office to be delivered on Thursday, so I picked it up:
This is the contents of a mystery box. I didn't do much else on Wednesday.
Thursday: I went to Hobby Lobby, I needed a few items for upcoming Christmas swaps. Our town just created/painted these bike lanes on one of our resurfaced streets and I found it kinda ironic that people were misusing them already:
Basically you're suppose to stop behind it, so a biker can go ahead of you in the intersection. Now, I know there wasn't a biker there, but if one happened to come along, they would have been out of luck.
Here's what I picked up at Hobby Lobby:
some papers, buttons, tape and snowflakes. I realized I didn't have anything bigger than 6x6 paper for Christmas. I have one swap where we're creating envelopes to stuff and one where I'm doing an Advent calendar pocket letter. I picked up the plaid paper because I figured I didn't have to use it for Christmas and it would make nice backgrounds. The snowflake paper is for a winter white pocket letter. I also picked up the smaller paper pad because again, a lot of it didn't have to be for Christmas. I don't like buying paper pads that you can only use for one holiday. I was in the washi aisle, which is also the button aisle and picked up a grab bag. I tried to look at the clearance, but they had so many boxes and carts sitting in front of it, that all I picked up was this roll of tape. I picked up the snowflake packs for some winter wands. I picked up the sticker roll to decorate my plaid backgrounds.
Here's my favorites from the button bag:
It turned out to be about half the bag.
I also got another Hollar box in the mail, this is what was in another mystery box. Go here for the blog post.
Work was pretty slow, but normal for a Thursday night.
Friday: I woke up feeling like crap, had a bad headache, was really hot, felt sick to my stomach and very light headed. I called in sick to work and basically slept all day.
It's that time of the year when I freak out about health insurance. My insurance company was supposed to be sending a renewal packet, but I haven't seen it yet, so I sent them a message today. I'm hoping to get the information before November 1st. I looked at a few plans in the marketplace, and yes I'm freaking out a little bit (though you'd never know it). I wondering if that's what caused me to feel so crappy this morning, that I actually worried myself sick, I don't know. I did realize on Thursday when I went shopping, I just didn't want to shop. So, like I said I'm gonna try really hard to not buy stuff I don't need, I've do my Christmas shopping year round, but I still have a few things to pick up for my family. Thankfully, they realize I don't have a lot of money, so I don't spend a bunch on them. I try to find things I really think they'll enjoy. I also realized today that I'm sure they don't need a bunch more stuff as well, I certainly don't need it. Though as I type that, My Neighbor Totoro stuffed guy is sitting on my 'table' and just making me smile. So, I guess I should just stick to the ones that really make me happy.
I think part of the reason I'm more bummed this week, is cause I cut back on swaps because I was tired of people being rude about swaps. And, aside from the Lollipop box I got on Monday, I haven't gotten anything crafty in the mail this week. It's actually been a pretty sad week for mail, other than my Lollipop box on Monday and my two Hollar boxes on Wednesday and Thursday, I haven't gotten anything in the mail. I know I can't get more swaps than I sign up for, but when I'm spending up to $20 a week on postage, it's about the same as just buying a bunch of stuff. I spent under $9 this week, I liked that. I know I have a swap that I'll probably be sending in a priority mail flat rate envelope, I have another that will be in a legal size envelope, but will be a parcel, another couple I haven't signed up for yet, but are coming up that will be kinda large.  I can't believe some people saying they pay as much as $50 in postage each week, I couldn't do that. I'd love to have someone to do a monthly swap with. I had a couple people that got too busy to do it and another where I realized I had signed up for too many swaps at the moment.
Saturday: So much for no happy mail this week, I checked my mail before I went to work about 12:45 pm and found a card:
We had done a swap a few weeks ago that was supposed to be stamping on a book page, coloring it in and making a card with it. She didn't realize she was supposed to make a card with it, so she made a card with another colored page.
And then when I got home from work about 6:45, I looked again and I had this package:
It was supposed to be for a Christmas ephemera swap, but my partner got confused.
My mail has been coming pretty late recently.
It was a nice ending for the week, especially with the strangeness that was work.

Hollar Haul

Last week, I watched Spicey Cat Jams video about mystery boxes on Hollar, so I bought two. I got one of my boxes today (10/25) with a few other things, tracking says I'll get the other one tomorrow (10/26).
Here's what I got:
I paid $10 for the mystery boxes, Hollar just sent me an email saying they are now $6, with the same amount of items (8) and same value ($25), I'm tempted to get more. Anywho, what I got: Hollar Kitchen 10-piece Glass Bowl & Lid set $5, Cobi Wild Story 2 Building Set - Mystery Bay $9.25, some kind of picture frame I can't find it on the website $5?, Hype Bluetooth Wireless Speaker Pod - Red $10.25, Rapunzel dress up shoes I can't find them either but a Frozen tiara is $6 so let's go with $6, also can't find this one but it's a Disney princess fashion angel sketch portfolio a comparable one is $6.25, a journal, also can't find it, but I'm guessing anywhere from $2-$5; and a stuffed elephant that I also can't find, but he's about the same size as the two bears in the next photo, so I'm gonna go with about $4.50. That's over a $20 value.
I figure, I'll donate the Disney Princess items and the play set to Toys for Tots, and give the rest as gifts, but keep the elephant for me.
I also picked up these two stuffed bears, they were $3. 50, they measure 10.5 inches, which I realize it says on Hollar, I just neglected to read that, I thought they were smaller, I also thought they were a bit high, but I'm good now.
Here's what I got in my second shipment, the grab box:
Frozen operation game, which I can't find on the site, but a puzzle was about $8; Photo collage frame, I can't find the same one, but comparable ones are $4.99; 20 piece food storage set which I also can't find, but there's a smaller 30 piece one for $5.50; Disney Minnie Mouse Infant Bodysuit 2Pack - Yellow $7; a zombiezz action figure, I also can't find that, but action figures seem to range from $3.50-$9.99, this one's probably on the lower side; Peppa pig playing cards, which I also can't find, but those seem to range from $2-$9.99, I'm guessing these are around $6 due to product placement; a Lalaloopsy action figure, also can't find that, but a Peppa Pig one is $6, so go with that; and a Striped Bamboo Placemat $2.
So, I basically got two picture frames, two sets of food storage, a few child's toys, a placemat, a speaker and a journal. Not that bad, but I was hoping for something really cool. I probably wouldn't buy any of these if I had the choice. Like I said, I'll donate the toys to Toys for Tots, I'll probably gift the picture frames and food storage containers. I'll be keeping the elephant and journal from the first box. I don't know what I'll do with the rest. I will say the amount you get is worth the $10, I just wish it was more to my liking.
Here's what else I ordered:
Portable hand held sewing machine $2.99, Minion with Chupa Chups Lollipop $1.99, Sherwood Peanut Pumpkin Seed & Raisin Clusters 3 oz $1.29, My Neighbor Totoro Window Cling Plush $3.50, Mini Pumpkin Head Ornament $0.75, Zip-Lock Poly Bags 1.5"x2" $2.00, Turtle Body Massager $1.99, A Bride's Wish Floral Embellishments 6 Count $1.50, Canvas Pennant Sheets 6 Count $2.
I picked up the sewing machine to see if it would sew on paper, I'd been eyeing it for awhile, and it went down in price. I picked up the minion just because. Obviously I was hungry, so I picked up the peanut clusters, I remember thinking I was going to remove them before placing my order, ooops. I couldn't pass up the My Neighbor Totoro plush, I just wanted him. I got caught up in the email about the mini pumpkin head ornament and the turtle massager. I picked up the bags for swaps, though for some reason I thought they were larger. I also thought that about the flowers. Apparently, I have a hard time reading the size in the descriptions. I also think I added the flowers and bags to make the minimum for the shipping. I just get so excited looking at the pictures, that I forget to scroll down and read the descriptions.
I almost forgot to add the best thing from this haul. It was sold by someone else on Hollar, so it came the Saturday before (10/21) everything else.
It's a phone case for my iPhone 4S. I was super excited just to get a phone case for my phone, as it's not new and I rarely see any phone cases for it, and never anything really cool. It was $0.90, with $1.99 shipping, so it was about $3. LOVE IT!!!!
I'd love to buy more of the mystery boxes on the chance I'd get something good. I know they had specific section boxes before, I'd totally buy a home or office supply one. But, I also found I might be paying more for certain things in my life soon, so I need to practice (I feel I say this a lot, and I never do it) not spending money on stuff I don't need.

Weekly Update

New week. Sunday: I didn't do anything productive. Actually I did finish a book, first book I finished in a month. And it's not because I've been busy, it's cause I'm spending too much time watching movies and YouTube. Anyway, it was called One Second After by William Forstchen. It's about what happens after and EMF weapon is set off over the United States, basically it shut down everything that runs on computers, so everything. It follows a retired military man and how he and his town react to it. It covers about a year after. It reminded me a lot of the movie Red Dawn, so I totally requested it from the library upon finishing the book. I know there's a sequel, I think it's called One Month, or One Year After, something like that, but I thought it ended well and am not interested in reading another.
Monday: I ran out of legal size envelopes on Sunday, so knew I'd be heading down to Dollar Tree to pick up a few more. Of course, they didn't have them and I should have walked right out, but I had to check out the sticker aisle (bad idea):
I found my envelopes at Walmart:
and lunch at Burger King. I was very uninterested in shopping today, but I needed a Cherry Coke (because it's Monday), Dollar Tree didn't have that either. I walk everywhere, so when I go shopping, I take one reusable bag and put everything in that. I went to Dollar Tree and then Walmart. When I got to the checkout at Walmart, I asked the cashier to add to my bag, she takes it from me, takes out my hoodie, asks me if it's mine and then proceeds to take out my Dollar Tree stickers. I told her they were all from Dollar Tree and paid for. She says, I thought you wanted me to ring them up. It was very annoying, I realize she didn't know what the things in the bag were, but why would I give you a bag of stuff to ring up as well as the stuff in my basket?
I also got some cool packages in the mail.
Halloween pocket letter:
 destash swap:
 stamped book page:
My partner didn't realize she was supposed to make a card with the stamped book page, so I'm making a quick easy card with it.
Tuesday: I have been sleeping in lately and not getting up until at least 10, and then I do all my online/computer stuff and don't get started on stuff until at least lunch time. Tuesday is my day to get my swaps finished up and packaged to be mailed out on Wednesday. I finished my Esther Luka Family fall swap:
And an owl pocket letter:
I also created a journal page with my September box from Lollipop box club:
Wednesday: just my normal day. I don't have pictures, so it wasn't exciting.
Thursday: I finished a swap,
The Look What I did swap:
I altered a notebook, and went to work that night.
Friday: there was a church rummage sale that I wanted to go to. I went to Goodwill first and found this guy:
It's a frog cookie jar, I really wanted it, but not for $9.99.
Here's what I picked up at the church sale:
a bunch of lace, I believe I picked up three ziploc bags for $0.25 each, plus a bag of fabric pieces for $0.25, and the owl was $2.25, which was a bit high, but I really wanted it.
a package of wrapping paper for $0.75 (I wanted to start wrapping Christmas presents, but I didn't have any wrapping paper), the owl art kit was $1 (I can't pass up owls), the sparkly foam trees were $0.25 (those are for a swap), the old maid cards were $0.25 (I thought they'd be cute for ephemera), a bag of appliques for $0.25 (I really just bought them for the flower), a bag of 3 metal animals for $0.75 (there was an owl in it), a unicorn necklace for $.50 (I have a fantasy land swap to make), and a bunch of red, white and blue flowers for $0.25, (they were cute).
I also found a bunch of teapots for my boss, these are from both Goodwill and the rummage sale:
All the tiny tea sets were from Goodwill. I got so excited when I saw them (they were $1.99 each), sadly when i got home and was unpacking them, they're not all there, so I'm pretty bummed I didn't look more closely at the store. The santa teapot is also from Goodwill (again $1.99). The rest are from the church sale. The pine cone one was $1.50. I had to pick up the cat in the chair one, we're getting quite a collection of cat teapots ($1.50), also loved the flowered one for $2, the tiny tomato one was $0.25, I think I'm keeping it for myself, I'm not quite sure.
And the clothes I got at goodwill:
These two do not fit. I know I should try things on there, but I hate trying items on at the store, especially if they're less than $5, I have a few shirts that I keep doing that with. In the future, I need to try things on. The floral shirt actually says it's a small, so I don't know why I even picked it up. The black dress, I thought for sure it'd fit, it's a 14, and buttons up the whole front, sadly my hips are too fat for it, you can see the stretching at the hips and right at my crotch, I really wanted it to fit, it's so cute.
These are my keepers:
The teal shirt has a little keyhole and some detail stitching at the top. The blue one is nice and long with an interesting detail in the middle. The pink is a dress, this one is really cute, it says it's a medium, but it's a knit fabric, so I knew it would fit. The other teal one has a slouchy neckline, very cute. I really wanted just a cute dress I could throw on with some leggings for fall, I found one.
Saturday: I didn't do anything much before work, worked a little bit more on a flipbook for a swap. I got something really cool in the mail though:
It's an iphone 4S case that looks like a cassette. My co-workers said I should write Mix tape on it, I think I should write the awesome mix of the 80's (or whatever the Guardians of the Galaxy one says). My dad called me saying they were getting worried cause they hadn't heard from me lately, so after finding another missed call and voicemail from him this morning, I called him back, turns out he wanted to give me his old iphone because he got a new one. I don't want it, and then he tells me that the 4 isn't going to be supported, I researched online, it will still work, and I got this cool new case. No thanks, and then he got mad at me when I told him I didn't want it.
My boss told me I needed to take vacation, cause I'm at my max and not earning more, so I have a bunch of days coming up, and I thought this morning, I need a vacation from my parents, but I guess if you don't talk to them in a few weeks they get worried, but not really.

Shopping Haul

Ya know, I try to be good and not go shopping, but then I run out of envelopes. I chose to go to Dollar Tree today for envelopes and a Cherry Coke because it's Monday. Of course, they didn't have either and I should have just left, but then I went down the sticker aisle and found they got some new stickers.
I got doubles of the bottle sheet and the sheet on the bottom row in the middle. These are those layered flower stickers. I love the layered ones because I take the layers off and have twice as many stickers.
I also got doubles of the first two alphabets. I don't know why I bought more of the puffy squarish stickers in the top row, I don't really use them.
I got really excited when I saw the puffy stickers, they also have googly eyes on them. I picked up the wall sticker for a project, and couldn't pass up the Pokemon pens, even though I'm not a Pokemon fan.
Here's the boring stuff:
I needed the small bandaids, but since you can't have just those. More foam tape, I need to stop buying this for awhile. I always pick up duct tape whenever I find it. I'm trying to figure out if my headphones are going bad or not, I figured if these don't work, they were just a buck. My landlord encourages me to use command hooks instead of nails (the last ones I bought were a cheap knockoff and didn't stay stuck to my wall, I think it's the wall, because it's bumpy, but I thought I'd try again). I picked up the snowflakes for winter wands.
I also went to Walmart because I wanted to pick up something I thought would be on clearance because it was at our other Walmart.
I found my envelopes and found out that they are actually 6 cents cheaper than dollar tree. I've been looking for magnets for a project, this was 10 feet for $3.96. Last week I picked up a xyron sticker maker at the other walmart for $3, I picked up this replacement tape for $3.50. I wonder if they are getting rid of these, so I picked it up. I picked up two of these tape runners, and they rang up as $1.50, as I was leaving I realized it's not cheaper than just buying the 4 pack, oh well. I picked up the clothespins for a project.
I went home by way of Burger King for lunch and decided their new crispy chicken isn't very good. I also went by way of Hyvee Drug because they have a deal of 2 20 oz Cokes for $3. I stopped by the grocery store for toilet paper on the way home. I spent about $31 at Dollar Tree, $16 at Walmart, $8 at Burger King, $4 at Hyvee Drug and $6 at the grocery store. I wasn't motivated to go shopping at all today and will probably not be shopping for awhile.

Weekly Update

Every October, I watch a horror/scary movie every day up to Halloween and end with Maximum Overdrive. I remember seeing part of it at a party when I was young and when I finally figured out what it was, I've watched it on Halloween ever since I bought it.
Last week, I started with The Hills Have Eyes, Silent Hill, The Crazies, Seven, Saw, 28 Weeks Later, Misery, and The Craft.
Sunday: I worked Sunday, and the Halloween movie was Last House on the Left. I have been not interested in crafting lately, I looked at my pictures and noticed I hadn't done anything crafty since last Tuesday. I feel I've just been sitting around watching TV lately.
Monday: Other than no mail, I don't remember anything exciting happening. I went to work that night. My Halloween movie was Identity.
Tuesday: I finished some swaps.
An alphabet tag swap:
 A calendar tag swap:
 A card challenge:
 A book page card:
And I went to work that night. My movie for the night was The Mist.
Wednesday: I went to work that morning, ran my usual errands of mailing swaps and grocery shopping on my way home.
I got a big box from Hollar:
I've been having some weird days, getting the Hollar box totally helped. LOVE everything in this picture.
Thursday: I went shopping. I needed some more flats to wear at work and another pair of boots for the upcoming season. I bought these cute socks a while back:
When I put them on today, they weren't near as cute as I wanted them to be. The sparkly part of the sunglasses are right in the arch of my foot, so that was strange. Sadly they will make it into the Goodwill box.
I went to our new Walmart that I've been to three times. It's out of my way, but I still like to visit it infrequently. I found this gorgeous teapot:
I also found these cute sticker books in the sticker aisle. I bought the two in the next picture.
They also had some planner kits:
They look like they had a ziploc bag, some washi, some stickers, some page flags, a binder clip and a ruler. Pretty cute, but I'm not a planner girl.
Here's what I bought:
project life cards ($3), cacti stickers (47 cents), blingy flower stickers ($1), three sticker packs ($2.97 each).
Here's a close-up of what's included in the project life cards:
The collection is Lucky Charm, every journaling card has gold foiling on them, the original price was $7.86. I love these smaller kits because there is no way I can use the 600 cards that come in the core kits. I love Project Life cards, but I suck at using them.
Here's one of the sticker packs:
It's called Tasty Treats mega sticker pad. There's two of every sheet in it. I'm loving the kawaii food.
Here's a close-up of the more plannerish sticker pack:
They don't have titles, but I am rather impressed on Walmart's selection of their small planner section, there were a couple of clear cling stamp sets for the same price. I'm not a planner person, but I love the decorative stickers.
Here's the other one I picked up:
Again, love these stickers.
Here's some more of my goodies:
sticker maker ($3), trim ($1.50), tape ($5.84), Oreo bars ($1.84 each), I didn't know there was a mint version, and mini bags ($1). I was really excited to have found the clearance section at this Walmart, and I found a ton of great deals.
And some necessities:
flats ($14), boots ($20) and a bralette ($2). Like I said I needed new shoes, Walmart's cheap and they work for me. The bralette I had picked up a smaller size at the other Walmart awhile ago, sadly it didn't fit. I'm wickedly excited about this bralette, it's very comfortable.
I wandered over to our mall to check out the TJ Maxx and found a new pop up store:

I'm thinking it's only here for the holidays, I also saw a new clothing store, also looked like a pop up.
Sadly, TJ Maxx didn't have anything I was interested in this time, they even shrunk their clearance section. I did buy some cookies and lunch. My movie is supposed to be Tortured, but as I read the back of the DVD case, I realized it's not actually a horror/scary movie.
Looks like Wednesday was the last day I watched a horror/scary movie . Like I said Thursday's choice wasn't one, Friday felt like Saturday all day and now it is Saturday. I went to work Thursday night.
Friday I was supposed to just relax and have to myself. I had a three-day weekend and was so excited. Until I saw the tracking on two of my packages said they'd been delivered only they weren't anywhere to be found. When the rest of my mail was delivered I asked the postal carrier and he kinda looked at me and then said, yeah I thought about that when I was delivering the rest of your mail. I must have delivered them to the wrong address, so I'm standing there waiting for him to give me some reassurance that I would get them, on the verge of tears because I was so upset. I give him my phone number and go back home, I call the postal service's 100 number and they tell me it will be a 45-50 minute wait before they can help me. Then I hear a knock on my door and he says he found them and picked them back up. He's standing there like he's waiting for me to tell him, it's ok that he screwed up. I was so upset that I got dressed and started towards the post office, before getting there, I called my friend who works in the postal system for advice, plus I didn't want to go in pissed off. Apparently, as long as you got your packages, not much would be done. My roommate and I were thinking later, if I hadn't said anything, what would have happened with my packages? I'll never know if whoever he delivered them to would have tried to get them to the right address or dropped them off at the post office saying they were delivered to them by mistake, or if they would have just opened them and got my stuff. That's what bothers me the most. And that got me upset for about the rest of the day.
But the stuff I got in the mail, was pretty cool.
November calendar tag:
 Pink card:
 Mini Halloween pocket letter:
And the two packages, my Esther Luka Family fall swap:
 And a holiday banner swap:
Everything I got was extra cool and I am again overwhelmed and humbled by what people send me in swaps. Of course it's not like I send crappy stuff, but sometimes I feel the world is so much better at making stuff than I am.
I spent the rest of the day watching TV.
Saturday: I planned to get up and go to a sale, until I verified the address and realized it was in a different town. So, I watched TV and created. I finished quite a few things.
The next few pictures are for a bigger swap I'm in.
Fall pocket letter:
 flowers:
 cards:
 envelope:
I had pulled out of this swap, and then made these to rejoin, because I love hedgehogs.
Hedgehog mini pocket letters:
I also received my end of the alphabet tag swap in the mail:
While I really needed the days off, 3 might have been a bit much. I got a little bored today, but I have a lot more crafting to do, and some stuff to watch/read that needs returning on Monday. I put in for some vacation at work, because apparently I'm at my max. I was looking at my calendar and it just means I'll have a few more 3 day stretches off, but I really think I do need them, I just need to find more stuff to fill my time.
