Like I said these are salt cellars (I didn't know that when I first saw them, I just thought they were cute), I bought them at a garage sale earlier in the summer for $1.00 each, so a total of $3.00, spoons included.
Here's the bowl I bought today for $1.00.
Here's the bowl from the top looking down, it measures about 3.5" across and about 2 1/4" tall.
Here's a close up of the salt cellars, they are actually little glass bowls in these silver colored bottoms, I don't think they're actually silver, I think they're pewter or something. On two of the three the glass bowls come out, I think the third one's just stuck, they measure 2" tall and about 2" wide at the widest point around the middle.
And here are the cute little spoons which are about 3" long. I know they're real silver. I honestly have no idea what I'm going to do with them, but I guess I got a good deal as I was reading on someone's blog the other day how she was having a hard time finding just the spoons at a reasonable price, I don't recall whose blog this was, so if it's yours let me know, and I'll link to you.Anyways, that's my silver sunday post, a little early as I'm going up north for the weekend.
