Lots of monsters

October 21: I found a cute temporary tattoo in a book and totally put it on, it's the king of blueberries.
I found a RAK of Please Deliver To labels:
I love the coffee image.
And another RAK of Please Deliver To labels:
These have cute Hocus Pocus images.
I had purchased some stuff from Oriental Trading company the weekend before and went to check tracking to find it had been delivered that day.
First look:
All the monsters:
I got sucked in by that pink monster and then picked up others to make the free shipping requirement.
I also picked up some foam fall themed stickers:
And some pumpkin spice charms:
Here are all the monsters laid out. There were 12 of the googly eyed ones, (2 of each color), 24 of the other bigger monsters (6 of each color) and 12 of the smaller ones (2 of each kind).
I totally had no idea what I was going to do with so many monsters.
October 22: Blogger rearranged my photos again, first up, mail.
I received 4 items this day, a wish of stickers:
I like the variety, very cute.
A favorite color tag:
Not happy about this, these come from the Netherlands, I bet they have other things in this color.
A wish for Please Deliver To labels:
Lots of variety here.
And a mystery swag:
We had to send our partner 3 random things. I like these, I probably won't use the bookmarks or the journal, but they are still cute. I was given these stickers last year, very cute.
I stopped at one of our Asian food stores on my way home from work.
strawberry roll cakes, some kind of bread and some kind of drink.
The lady ringing me up, gave me the drink, it was so good. I was cold the next day so I made it, it's a milk bubble tea. I didn't really like the bubble things, they aren't boba, they remind me of the jelly drinks I get, but the milk tea was sooo good. The bread and the cakes are good, too.
Earl Grey milk tea, mochi, strawberry mochi, sweet potato buns, and bubble milk tea cakes.
Everything was good this time. Usually I get a few duds because I don't really know what I'm getting, but this time around everything was good.
October 23: Again, with the rearranging, blogger. I got 3 things in the mail this time.
A wish for Hatchimals:

I actually asked for Cosmic Candy, these are Citrus Coast. They're still cute, but there was a specific line I wanted.
A Send Me Something soft tag:
I realize they are faux leather, which is supposed to be the soft bit, but you didn't have any other stickers, I would have like cuddly animals instead.
I put together some goodie bags for my co workers.
I got another purchase of resin cabochons.
I like these way better than my last purchase, and I got the fun little avocado.
October 24: I put together a grant a wish tag:
The person I tagged said she liked Harry Potter. I had picked this up at Walmart, because it's so cute, but I will totally pass it on to someone who really likes Harry Potter.
I'm slowly getting into Harry Potter, but more for deco, not for the books and stuff.
A sticker destash tag:
A fall happy mail tag:
A fall pocket letter tag:
And I received my secret sister package.
I said I liked guinea pigs, international foods, chocolate, Surprizamals, Cosmic Candy Hatchimals, Little Lucky Lunchbox toys, minion figures, anything kawaii, craft kits, octopuses, Sanrio, gnomes, unicorns, mermaids, stickers, washi and coffee ephemera.
They got kawaii with the cute coloring book, unicorns with two packages of stickers and sticky notes, mermaids with a package of stickers, chocolate with the Butterfingers, there's a roll of coffee washi and some coffee cards. I do like the llama sticky notes and the leaf stickers. Not so much the earrings, foot mask, random koozie, and the stationery. Oh, well, they will be passed on. Sometimes I just think we're all passing stuff around the group. I still call it a win.
I totally figured out what to do with my monsters, figured I'd reverse trick or treat at work. Trick would be the monsters:
And Treat would be some candy I had:
I had to work on the 24th, we had satellite voting again, the lines were pretty long.

Dollar Tree haul

October 16: So glad it's Friday, I was so done with the week by the time I got done with work. I splurged on a sandwich from a local place. It was $9.45, I was thinking when I was at HyVee the other day, I got a 2 piece chicken meal with 2 sides for $9 and was thinking that was high. I guess I just don't get a lot of stuff to eat that's not frozen meals. It was about 63 in my apartment when I got home, I took a long hot shower just to warm up. Heat finally kicked on about 5. I really need to read some stuff, I have 41 items checked out, most of them books with over 200 pages. Found my mail shortly after 5.
First up, a letter F:
Soo cute, I had seen someone else post this and was hoping it would be at my Dollar Tree when I got there. This is even better. When I saw her proof of mailing, I totally expected a facemask.
A gimme gimme of sticker flakes:
I always get something great when I wish for sticker flakes. I sometimes just do it for someone to grant my wish. I certainly don't need more stickers. Great selection, there's a lot of food ones.
Gimme Gimme of monster stickers and sticker flakes. I love how she decorated the envelope:
And the goodies:
Very cute monster stickers. I also love the bunny sticker flakes.
Last up was a Halloween flip book:
Very cute.
Very simple.
And all the goodies:
This is my second received item from my new group.
I ended up buying a bunch of monsters from Oriental Trading Company. There was an ad on Facebook, that I swear said free shipping on any order. I get to the checkout page and I was at $30 something, and they charged shipping and showed a thing of free shipping over $45. I finally ended up tweaking a bit and spending a tiny bit over $50.
October 17: I am very tired of Blogger rearranging my photos. I took out my garbage and could hear my neighbors across the street's music. I had heard it inside, thinking it was the ones to the east. It annoyed me so much, I went to the grocery store, picked up a 20 oz Mtn Dew, a 6 pack of Mtn Dew and a 6 pack of Smirnoff screwdrivers. I was a bit perturbed when I got home and saw the 6 pack of Mtn Dew was $5, the shelf said $4.29, which is the whole reason I got the 16.9 oz bottles instead of the 12 oz bottles. Found my mail about 4:15.
 First up, a Halloween RAK:
Very glittery, so much glitter fallout. I do really like the monkey sticker, it's a mini diamond painting. I'd love to do some of these. I don't have any room for the bigger ones, but this I could manage.
A Free Theme card:
I was not pleased with religious pamphlet she put in with it. Keep your religious ideas to yourself. It was very rude, this is a card exchange, unless you're putting goodies in with it, you don't need to include extras.
A wish from my new group:
The note said it was for Christmas stickers and Christmas paper for pocket letters, only I didn't ask for those. I'm always happy to get mail, though.
A wish for happy mail:
I really like that die cut on the right, lots of cute stuff.
A mystery swap:
All we had to do was send 5 random things to our partner. I couldn't figure out what that plastic thing in the middle was, it's a tape dispenser. I will most likely pass most of this on. I won't use the tape dispenser, or the socks or the stickers or the washi. I like the socks, I just don't wear short ones. I already have the washi, beautiful as it is. I can always use Thank you cards.
And here's where blogger rearranged. I had put together wishes before I threw out the garbage.
A surprise wish:
Just some random destash.
Another surprise:
Totally went with some cute magnets from Dollar Tree.
A wish for happy mail:
Another wish for happy mail:
I bought some more cabochons on Etsy, from two different people. I hope these are better than the last ones I got. I also need to figure out what to do with them.
October 18: Again with the rearranging. The only way I can guarantee it doesn't rearrange is to insert one at a time, that's a lot of extra work.
I woke up somewhat early and took care of laundry. I like to just get up and get it done, so I don't have to worry about it later.
I put together a Halloween package for a friend:

She hasn't had a lot of luck finding Halloween candy, so figured I'd share, with a couple other fun things.
Put together a wish for a surprise:
Some paper clips I got in a swap.
Another surprise:
Just some random destash.
An orange tag:
I'm trying to go more flat lately. Especially since this week is going to be an expensive week.
I did my laundry, watched a Halloween movie, read a book and got some stuff ready to mail. I felt very productive.
October 19: I signed up for a mystery swag:
Like a swap, but we only have to send 3 instead of 5 things. I went with a sign I got in a secret sister swap, a makeup bag I got in my You Matter subscription and a pack of tape I picked up on Hollar.
My mail was wicked late, I checked after 6 and it was there, but it was a great mail day.
A wish for cute monsters.
I keep forgetting people will associate this with Halloween monsters, I just like monsters.
A Halloween pocket letter:
All the goodies:
I really like the Nightmare before Christmas stickers. Lots of cool stickers.
A wish for happy mail:
This card she created is so cool.
An orange tag:
Basically we just send something orange. I'm waiting on another one from her as she tagged me twice.
And another wish for cute monsters.
She said she created them herself. So cute. This is more what I'm thinking, though I wish I'd get something other than stickers.
I put together a Monster happy mail tag:
For someone that likes monsters so much, I had a hard time with this. I have plenty of 3D things that are monsters, but when I'm trying to go flat, not so much. I've noticed not a lot of people like to send packages in this new group (which is fine), so I'm trying to go flat as well.
October 20: I signed up for another mystery swag before I went to bed.
A luggage tag I got for a sms spiky tag, the markers and frame from my You Matter subscription box and the notebook from a fall happy mail tag (even though I consider Halloween separate from fall, if I wanted Halloween, I would have asked for Halloween.)
I had to resend a sms cuddly, because someone didn't like what I sent. I had sent a journal with a llama on the front. I've had people send stuff like this to me all the time. When my recipient posted a picture, they put the note over the journal, so you could only see it was a journal. So, I was asked to resend, I'm not happy.
So I sent this keychain, I basically paid for it being a parcel. I was afraid if I sent stickers, I'd get in trouble again. I'm thinking of taking a break from that tag.
I had an appointment to see an apartment, afterwards I went to Dollar Tree because it was pretty much right there. I saw these nice fall tumblers:
And these cute little glass deco pieces:
What I bought:
loofah, some cute pom pom friends, gummy watermelon, cute stickers, two packs of glow in the dark squishies, gummy fruit basket, gummy peaches, and chocolate covered pretzels.
I found another aisle of crafting stuff that I didn't realize I existed, it seems they are transferring their stickers over there, which could be why I haven't found many stickers lately. Also, LOVED these pom pom friends, they are the really soft pom poms.
Kinder Bueno, hot patch, ceramic dinosaur, activity pad, llama trinket dish, ceramic robot, Christmas narwhal socks, gnome socks, more pom pom friends, brush.
They have some of the cutest decor pieces, sometimes I really can't help myself.
two packs of hippo stickers, multi color Troll pen, yogurt trinket dish, little red truck decor piece, cute birthday card, 6x9 envelopes, highlighters, super glue, notebook, door ornament, fuzzy socks.
I can't pass up the little red truck and this one came with a camper. I've seen people use these little tubes of superglue instead of the bigger ones (because they dry out faster) and I thought I'd try them out, my big tube of E6000 definitely dries out faster. I will be stocking up on fuzzy socks.
I put together a wish for die cuts when I got home.
It turned out to be another great mail day.
First up, a wish for cute monsters:
I really like the felt skeletons with the hair and glasses. I'm a little tired of people associating my wish of cute monsters with Halloween.
Next, a wish for happy mail:
I love the hand drawn bits the best.
Next, a free RBG sticker I signed up for and forgot about.
Next, a wish for happy mail:
And last, a Halloween flip book:
